Meno Active has arrived at Newport Live!
Meno Active is a range of targeted classes for pre to post-menopausal women who want to take back some control, be supported, and gain insightful tips and combat myths.
You may have found that the exercise routine you have enjoyed for many years no longer works, your energy levels lag, your temperature fluctuates, and you're trying to navigate brain fog. Whilst lower oestrogen levels may have resulted in decreased bone mass and insulin resistance, causing weight gain and loss of strength which has impacted your sense of identity, confidence and well-being.
Meno Active encompasses all things to do with the menopausal changes and offers exercise, nutrition and well-being advice to help you understand what's happening to the body during these years and provide helpful solutions and guidance in a supportive group environment.

Weekly strength and support exercise classes and workshops for menopausal women (pre or post) to help you improve your wellbeing and boost body confidence.
Meno Wellbeing
Tailored mind and body sessions consisting of Yoga and Pilates to help reduce the emotional symptoms of menopause, relax the body, improve core strength and support mobility.

Resistance training and functional movements via a group-based gym session to boost body confidence, strength and bone health.
Monday: 5:15 - 6pm
Wednesday: 6:30 - 7:15pm

Meno Yoga
Sessions are tailored to help with reducing the emotional symptoms of menopause and relax the body.

A low-impact class to build strength and core to prevent injury and support wellbeing.
