There are a wide range of bikes available during the session including a wheelchair transporter, single and double handcycles, a recumbent style tricycle, roam twin rider, adult and junior tricycles, rear-steer tandem cycles and hybrid bikes.
Roam Twin Rider
A two-seater cycle, both riders have the option to pedal but steering and braking is controlled by the right-hand rider who can allow their companion to cycle in fixed gear, free wheel or neutral.
Suitable for:
- Riders learning to pedal.
- Riders not confident with steering or braking.
- Riders not able to ride independently.
Inline Tandem
An inline tandem two-seater cycle, both riders have the option to pedal but steering and braking is controlled by the one rider only.
Suitable for:
- Riders learning to pedal.
- Riders not confident with steering or braking.
- Riders not able to ride independently.
Wheelchair Transporter
A transporter cycle for a wheelchair user that allows them to access the cycle without leaving their wheelchair.
Suitable for:
- Wheelchair users who do not wish to leave their wheelchair.
Please note this cycle has a weight limit.
Recumbent Style Tricycle
A three-wheel cycle that places the rider in a slightly laid-back reclining position allowing the rider's weight is distributed comfortably over a larger area.
Best for:
• Those who need extra back support or a larger seat.
• Those who find it difficult to balance on a Trike.
Adult Tricycle
A three-wheel cycle that allows a rider to be confident about balance and focus on steering and pedalling.
Best for:
- Those who find balance or coordination more difficult.

Junior/Adult Tricycle
