Superhero Summer Challenge

If you’re a Newport Live member, we need you!

This summer we want to help you feel like a super hero and achieve your fitness goals.

If you’re looking to lose weight, build muscles or improve fitness whilst having fun – this is the challenge for you!

Over 6 weeks, our fitness team will be helping you to suit up and rise to the challenge.

Each member who joins the challenge will receive tailored personal support, additional 1 to 1 session with a trainer and access to small group training sessions.

There will also be the opportunity to partake in challenges and track your progress digitally.

Speak to a fitness instructor at Newport Centre, the Regional Pool & Tennis Centre and at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales to find out more and sign up to superhero summer challenge.

A Newport Live Membership gives you access to our gyms, pools and exercise classes at all of our venues.

As part of your membership, you can also take advantage of free personalised fitness support including a member welcome, health check, programme (fitness plan) and weekly 30-minute 1 to 1 session with a fitness instructor.
