We’re excited to announce a new booking feature “Book For Others” enabling you (the primary account holder) to easily view and book classes for others (linked members who are usually family members).
How to use “Book for Others” on the Newport Live App

Simply find the desired activity or class that you would like to book for others.

Select your initials at the bottom of the screen.

A list of all linked members will appear.

Choose from the list who you would like to book for, notice the initials at the bottom of the screen will change accordingly.

Select book.

If a payment is required, you will need to make payment at the time of booking.

Once a booking has been made you can view all bookings and booking history for yourself and your family or linked members.

Simply log into your account.

Find the desired activity or class that you would like to book for others.

Select book now.

Choose from the list of family or linked members who you would like to book for.

Once a booking has been made an email notification will be sent to each person a booking has been made for.

You can view all bookings and booking history for yourself and your family or linked members within the bookings tab.
Unable to view any family members?
We hope this new booking feature makes it even easier to book classes and activities with us. However if you are unable to book for others, please speak to either our reception or customer service team who will be able to check your account and add family members for you.
