CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY AT THE RIVERfront!

Every March we celebrate International Women's Day at The Riverfront with campus performances and free taster sessions, all with a focus on women.

International Women's Day 2024 takes place on 9 March 2024.

International Women's Day organizers say, "Equality is the goal, and fairness is the way to get there. By ensuring fairness, we can reach equality."

On Saturday 9 March between 10am and 4pm we will be hosting our annual International Women's Day event. Throughout the day there will be performances by renowned Welsh musicians, community groups and panel discussions by inspirational local women. Refreshments and delicious food will be available to enjoy while meeting and chatting with like-minded people.

There will also be opportunities for children and adults to craft and create, as well as a range of creative, expressive workshops to take part in.

Guests are welcome to stay all day and enjoy a variety of events, or come and go as they please.

All events, which will take place between 10am-4pm, are free, and no pre-booking is required!
