FREE Health Checks in January & Win! Win! Win!

To help kickstart your New Year fitness regime we are offering all customers a FREE Health Check in January which are a great way to set a starting point for your fitness journey!

Health Checks are conducted by our fully qualified fitness teams using state of the art InBody and Tanita machines which measure your:

• Weight

• BMI (Body Mass Index)

• Body Fat 

• Visceral Fat (Dangerous Fat Around Internal Organs)

• Muscle Mass

• Hydration Levels

• Bone Density

The recorded body measurements are automatically uploaded onto Newport Live Healthy & Active App enabling you to keep track of your health status, manage your training programme and share your movement data with the fitness team to receive personalised training support. 

Health checks are carried out at the Regional Pool & Tennis Centre, the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales and at Newport Centre.

Everybody who books onto and completes a Health Check in January will be entered into a prize draw to win a Magic Bullet Nutri Blend.

Terms & Conditions Apply: Health Checks are available to all Newport Live customers from the 4^th  – 31^st January 2022. Only one health check per customer. Health Checks must be booked in advance via the Newport Live website, the Newport Live App or by calling 01633 656757. If you have a pacemaker or defibrillator fitted or are pregnant we are unable to conduct Health Checks due to the use of InBody and Tanita machines as part of the health assessment. Prize draw is open to all Newport Live customers (members and non-members) who book on to as well as successfully complete a health check from the 4^th  – 31^st January 2022. Only one entry per customer; duplicate entries will not be allowed. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and travel expenses associated with a prize are not included. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants by Newport Live and contacted by phone or email within 72 hours of the draw with details on how to claim the prize. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Newport Live reserves the right to re-select the winner at random from all other qualifying entrants. The prize draw is not open to members of Newport Live staff, volunteers, Directors, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone else connected with the competition or prize draw. Newport Live reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition or prize draw at any time without prior notice.
