ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
RIG FIT The instructor will take you round a circuit based rig, consisting of anything from battle ropes, medicine ball, suspension trainers and punch bags. Think of it as your fitness playground!
CORE Designed to tone, build and strengthen your core. Predominantly using body weight exercises, you will see a range of planks, crunches, twists and leg raises with the occasional calorie-burn cardio.
MEASURE UP An informal supportive session to track your progress. Our fitness team will help you check, record and review your achievements from body fat percentage to blood pressure and more.
GYM VIPR Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning.  A strength and movement workout that builds power, whilst stripping fat. The ultimate workout to change your body shape!
STRENGTH Adding weights will do wonders for your workout! Technique is vital when it comes to safe lifting, so we’ll teach you safe plate load, breathing and posture, helping you to improve your squat, deadlift, pull-up or bench.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS Train your muscles to work together, preparing them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. Whilst using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasise core stability.
GYM H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) combines anaerobic interval training with short sharp bursts, for a highly efficient workout to get fit and burn fat!
